HOW TO SET UP FORMULA UNDER EXCEL ?
MY REQUIREMENT IS
IF THE ANSWER >100 ="0%"
IF THE ANSWER <100 = REAL ANSWER

EXAMPLE

A2 = 98% => IT SHOW "0%"
B2 = 102% => ITSHOW "2%"

thanks your quick answer can we have 2if function together on 1cell i would like to have answer on each cell is if <100 =>0% if >100 => real answer , example under "b2",answer is 102%, then result should be 2% thanks

我相信只用一個 if 就足夠了, 不必用 nested if.
設數目在 A1, 在 B1 輸入
=IF(A1<100%, "0%", TEXT(A1-1,"#%"))
就可以了.

=IF(A2<1,"0%",TEXT(A2-1,"0%"))

assume your enter 98% (0.98) in A2

am... do you means:

if A2<=100 then 0%
otherwise, if A2>100, check B2<=100
if B2 <=100 then display 0%, if not display B2-100 ?

=IF(A2<1,"0%",IF(B2<1,"0%",TEXT(B2-1,"0%")))
