has/is+ed....邊句先岩?

Q1:is changed（句子時態是現在被動），　用於每天，經常和 永恆事實，由開始至以後都是一樣，
但句子中的意思是以前是別人，　現在才轉為Peter/Mary, 所以Ｑ１不對，　Ｑ２的句子時態是present perfect , 是已經發生了，
也正合中文句中的意思”這間屋的聯絡人巳轉為Peter/Mary”


所以Q2才對

文法上兩句都正確, 但第二句好d, 有已經完成的含意, :)

Both sentences are correct in grammar and people understand the meaning

If you prefer to let people know the exact time , then rewrite it as followiing.


1) The contact person of this house is changed to Peter/Mary from January 1, 2010

2) The contact person of this house has been changed to Peter/Mary since January 1, 2010 or last year.

or simply rewrite them in better English as :-


Peter/Mary is the current contact person of this house .

Peter/Mary is the contact person of this house since last year or January 1, 2010
