Given h(x)= x+c / (x^2+c)^1/2 ,where c is a constant.
If h'(0)=2 , find the value of c

I suppose that you are referring to:

h(x) = (x + c)/√(x2 + c)

Then

h'(x) = [√(x2 + c) - (x + c) d√(x2 + c)/dx]/(x2 + c)

= [√(x2 + c) - x(x + c)/√(x2 + c)]/(x2 + c)

h'(0) = √c/c = 1/√c

2 = 1/√c

c = 1/4
