是否需要付利得稅???

請問 
自用層樓買左1年赚了賣返出去,同月再買返另一間自用樓〔需要加錢)是否需要付利得稅??是由新界搬返港島家人附近為了互相照應.

thks for the advice. For Saint's Q, i dont have other prop, the NT prop is my 1st one, i live with my fam be4 and still now in weedays. But i was put as a co-owner of prop by my fam b4, but the prop was sold and loss after 5 yrs. Still can exempt from profit tax?

更新2:

The prop with my name on as co-owner was bought in 1997 and sold in 2002.

如果理論上嚟講你應該唔使交,不過稅務上有好多隱藏資料係有決定性因素,例如你本身持有幾個物業?你搬入新界前你住邊?你過往有冇炒樓記錄?全部都可以影響你使唔使交稅!

If this is the residential property for own use, no needed as you have the reason for selling the property. 由新界搬返港島家人附近為了互相照應. Unless you have bought/sold a number of properties and thus constitute a trading in nature, a business.
