材 料:
糯米粉半斤,在來米粉6兩,紅棗4兩,糖4兩,松子(白芝麻亦可)各適量,橄欖油半碗,水半碗。
作法步驟:
1.將紅棘煮爛去皮子,粉過籂加入棗泥,糖、油、水拌勻。
2.蒸盤(或便當盒)抹油,倒入材料蒸40分鐘燜10分,取出前撒上白芝麻或松子,取出冷卻後切塊即可。
