First of all, Masen is a surname. And more importantly, it's an Irish surname meaning 'stone worker' (ie. mason). I'm not sure where you got the Spanish bit from - at most I'd have thought of it as a Danish surname!

And I know this is from Twilight - and the 'Edward Masen ring' is just a spin off product from the movie, which equals to 'Edward Masen's ring'.
