由5年級開始,成日都失眠.....望下(個鐘)又1點,,望下(個鐘)又2點,,望下(個鐘)又3點......眼光光,,飲左豬肉湯.....
數棉羊....1..2..3..4...數數數,,數到501..502.......都係唔得.......
上年去身體檢查,,姑娘叫我睡前15min唔好打機,,睇下書,,錦會易訓d.....試過,,完全冇效......都唔知點搞好......
有咩方法易訓d呀??
