農業活動導致氾濫
你可以引用砍伐樹林及農作翻鬆泥土等作例子.其實未必需要真實的例子.只要能詳細解釋成因便可以.

1.樹木被砍伐後會失去截留作用，在下雨的時候，雨水便會在禿坡上快速流動，下滲亦會因而減少，河道徑流和流量因表面徑流急增而於短時間上升，當流量超過滿岸流量的時候，便會發生泛濫。

類似這樣的多舉幾個例子去寫，最後你可以提出道1999年在四川實施的退耕還林說明實施以後泛濫減少等。由此證明農業活動的確是導致泛濫的一個主要成因之一。

就這樣差不多的，我也是這樣的寫出差不多一頁。(其實這也是我的功課來的...^^")

農作耕地..不只需求伐木增加土地.還有其他的方法..

使河流降低調節河水既功能

而農作..耕種時,多取位於河旁,因取水方便,
而且下游經常泛濫.大量的沖積土會沉積在泛濫平原上,為農民提供又厚又肥沃的土壤
但翻鬆河旁的泥土,會增加塊體移動的機會,,當泥土流入河流.會造成淤積,,河道的滿岸流量因而減少,當降雨時,河道便會增加泛濫的機會..

But the agriculture may lead to flooding because of the deforestation. The deforestation make the interception decreases and the overland flow increases, this increases the speed and amount of the river in a short period of time, when the dischargeis above the bankfull discharge, flooding occurs.

Otherwise, deforestation make there is no vegetation cover the soil. When precipitation is high, the soil erosion is faster, the sediments flow into the bed of river, the bed then build up, the bankfull discharge becomes smaller, flooding occurs easily.

伐林會減少植被 沒有植被會增加土壤侵蝕
當下雨時 泥土便被沖進河流and沉積
當暴雨持續時 達至滿岸流量便會泛濫

這個是我自己想的 但我覺得很片面
應該仲有其他原因!!!

如果得一條河，你要飲水就一定要去河邊，對嗎。如果條河離開你家好遠，你會諗不如鑿多一條河引水到你家就方便得多，但你郤忘記你袓先為何建屋於此，終有一日大水洪洪而至將你家園淹沒，你會怪誰呢。
