FACEBOOK 要求我回復帳戶

我前兩日在外遊期間登入FACEBOOK,當登入後便出現步驟1,2,3等畫面叫我 "Please review recent activity on your Facebook account "

仲有以下畫面:

畫面一:

我已經用返平時用開嘅電腦登入,我想問吓,如果我回復帳戶後,佢係咪會抹晒我A/C裏原有嘅所有嘢(包括相片,朋友,遊戲...等),全部嘢由零重新開始過?有無方法可以確認到A/C,但又不被刪除原有嘅東西?多謝指點!!
