第一句錯在沒有 subject（主位）。究竟是誰發送文件給 XX？所以在 has 之前要加 subject，例如 He has transmitted the file for XX 或 I have transmitted the file for XX。

第二句的開頭部分有邏輯錯誤：The file has transmitted 意思是「文件（或檔案）已發送」。注意：如果是中文，你這樣說或許可以，但在英文就不可以。文件又不是人，它如何發送東西？文件只可以「被發送」。所以這句要用被動式寫出：The file has been transmitted...但即使加了 been 在 has 和 transmitted 仍然不對。這個句子其實是兩個句子，不能用逗號分隔。要收改成下列其中一個才正確。

The file has been transmitted; please search and collect.（注意是用分號而非逗號）
或
The file has been transmitted. Please search and collect.（或把它拆成兩句）
