In theory, you are no longer eligible for immigration anymore.
Here is the reason:
1. You are under F2B. In order to be under F2B, the beneficiary must be remain single at all time. Any change of your marital status will immediately invalidate your application.
2. For your father, departure more than 6 months can be considered as a sign of abandonment of the residency. Therefore, the U.S. Consulate can have doubt because your father is currently living in Hong Kong. (They will know because he has to file a I-864 for you).
I will suggest you to tell the truth to the U.S. Consulate. In the worst case, you just simply waste your time and money. But you will not ban from going.
What you may do is in fact constitute immigration fraud, that the U.S. can ban you for life.
By the way, if your brother applies for you, it will be another 10 years, assuming there is no major change in the immigration law.
