if the injury of the man is not done by the lady or attributable to any acts of the lady,the lady commits no offence under HK law and the HK law does not impose any legal obligation on any person to report any body injury or even offence to the police.

E你個情況男既桶左落自己到應該唔係即刻死只係受左重傷
你既最後如果係指個女走左之後咁個女應該唔算犯法(香港冇條例管制見到人受傷要幫佢)仲有你講男既桶左落自己到即係個女連誤殺罪都不成立
