Hi guys, I am learning English

"I haven't spoken English for a long time."

Does this sentence sound good or nature to you? How would you normally say it?
Thanks.

It's perfectly grammatical, but most people hearing it would think that you learned English long ago but haven't used it and are out of practice. What I think you mean would be "I haven't spoken English very long."

It means that now you are speaking English is it right? Then you are perfectly right. Otherwise {I dont speak English for a long rime is better.
