Kidney upper pole hyperdense nodule suggestive of a hyperdense cyst.

Small
bilateral simple ovarian cysts, likely to be functional.

Small
amount of fluid is seen in the pelvic cavity, probably physiological.

Apparent
thickening of the left anterior urinary bladder wall. Possibility of cysts
should be considered.

Several
mildly prominent right lower quadrant mesenteric lymph nodes. There is no bowel
wall change or mass lesion seen. These are probably reactive is nature.
Clinical correlation is suggested.

There
are multiple dilated vessels seen at the right anterior cardiophrenic angle and
over the diaphragm, as well as at the paravertebral region. No apparent cause
is caused. CT scan of the thorax would be helpful.
