血壓的問題~10-20歲

我想問下10-20歲既人..正常血壓係幾多呀??
男同女都要~
如果過高/過低會有乜問題??

age like 20, (adult), BP should be around/under 120/80.
boys and girls are usually the same, it's more depend on weight and sometimes height too.
tiny people usually have lower blood pressure.

if BP is too high, something like 140/90 or higher, that's high blood pressure, would cause stroke or some other serious health problem;
if BP is too (very) low, would cause dizziness, but won't cause serious health problem.

younger age would have lower blood pressure, which is normal.

like my case, i am 28 girl w/ normal high and weight, and my BP is usually 100/70 after meal, and it's still normal.

除左做運動都有方法減既~
不過一定唔係節食同減肥藥囉~
因為節食真係會影響你發育,

2個月都減了18磅,而且2個月後去做定期生體檢查時醫生話佢全部血脂,血壓等都變由正常,
現在還努力減重~
我朋友一開始減個時,每星期減2kg~
