Umm I wouldn't say 'get fat' to a person - this is a rather derogatory term, and definitely quite rude to call someone 'fat' in English speaking societies. 'Get fat' is very Chin-glish.
A better term would be 'to gain weight' -
'Why is it that you never seem to gain weight, even though you like chocolate so much?' (no need to point out 'eat chocolate' because that's the only thing you do with chocolate!)
'How come you never gain any weight, even though being a chocoholic?'
OR
'How do you stay so slim, despite eating a lot of chocolate?'
To describe a boy/male - fit would be a better word. Slim usually make people think of girls/women.
