Well, the answer may vary depending on whether you're tolerable with Eng subs.

If not, I'd watch:

Gash Bell
Inuyasha
Gundam Seed
Hellsing
S-Cry-Ed
Shaman King
or Dragon ball [z] or course...

Or if you're ok with Subs, I'd suggest something like:

Kekkaishi
Munto TV
Naruto Shippuden
Mai Hime
And the other anime I mentioned as well...
