遺書三個不同意思的英譯：

dead 已死作家的遺墨
2.a letter or note left by one immediately before death 死前遺書
3.ancient
books scattered or lost 失散的古籍

遺囑不等於遺書

回應 hkslot 說遺囑不等於遺書, 某程度上他是對的, 但如用 suicide note 又太狹窄了, 不是個個留遺書的人都是自殺的. 隨了 suicide note 外, 還可考慮下列各詞, 選一適用的:
last word, death bed statement, words of criminals at execution, dying words.

A 'suicide note' or a 'death note' - I think those might be the legal terms as well.
