佢轉機，咁我想問我可唔可以見到佢??面對面??

Your fd needs to suit the following conditions(1) Visa Requirements (i have no idea what passport your fd is holding so I dun know the details)
(2) Airport Tax (if he comes out, then he may have to pay airport tax again).
