You don't need a fancy software at all, just go to their cache folder ("Temporary Internet Files" for IE) and the video is there (the name is different, it may not even have an extension, please recognize the video by size).



IE's default location : %HOMEPATH%\Local Settings



And specially for NicoNico, you have to find a time not in Economy Mode if you don't have Premium membership and you wish to download the best quality.



The possible file types of the file are flv, swf and m4v(mp4).

Best is to read the header and recognize the file type yourself, but if you don't know how, just randomly use one until your player can play it.



Notice that unless the author note so, he have the copyrights on his video and unauthorized download and use is probably breaking the law (I'm not sure but I hope there is such a law to protect so).

You are not supposed to use this method to do something bad.

你在IE中看到的影片根本就是暫緩檔案中的，如果質素低的話，代表影片原本質素就是低。
