Aside from caffeine/herbal supplements, what are ways I can stay energetic on low sleep?

Sleep would be nice, but I'm in a crazy crunch mode month for some exams, and I'm trying to figure out a way to revitalize my normally sluggish body w/out sleeping in (I feel tired unless I get 9hrs/night, and that's not really an option for the next three weeks). I'm already drinking coffee, but I'm a little worried that if I go over 2 cups a day, It'll only make me more likely to crash in the long run. Are there any other ways to stay energetic w/out more caffeine, supplements or regular workouts?
Thanks

Ok, first of all, liquor is a depressant and will make you drowsy, second of all, you shouldn't mix ibuprofen with liquor because it puts you at an increased risk for liver damage and stomach bleeding. Drinking coffee to force yourself to stay awake during hours when you should be asleep is also unhealthy.

You could try energy drinks such as red bull. But I think the best drink to take is coffee. Coffee can be taken, just make sure you just make the consistency "milder" to be able to achieve low sleep. There is no other better drink than coffee. It is ok to drink more than 2 cups a day, as long as you know your body can take it. For more info on coffee, please visit: http://www.oncoffeemakers.com

Drink tea (but not decaf tea. look at the package and you'll know) or milk tea. You can try Chinese Jasmine tea or English Breakfast by Twinings, etc., the strong ones anyway. They won't hurt your stomach as coffee. I've the same problems as your and my solution is one tea bag every morning. Hope this helps.

As much as it may seem that this kind of study technique may be good, it is not. Scientists at Stanford have found out that much of the real learning is done while asleep. I know, "different strokes different folks."
You could try my method. I study at a very high intensity for no more than two hours at a time. The point is to stress yourself a lot then allow your brain to reorganize while you sleep. It sounds counter intuitive but it swear it works for me. GL.

Vitamin B12..You may not want supplements but this is very easily found and it is extremely cheap. Works wonders when you are dragging @$$
