1ST:when H2SO4 dissolve in water,sulphuric acid molecules become mobile.
2ND:Dilute sulphuric acid is an electrolyte

The first statement is wrong,while the second one is correct.
The correct statement for 1st should be
"when H2SO4 dissolve in water,'ions'(e.g H+/(SO4)^2-)in sulphuric acid
become mobile".

For the 2nd statement:
Since dilute sulphuric acid contains mobile ions(as stated above),which help to conduct electricity,so dilute sulphuric acid is an electrolyte.

For 1st statement:
All pure acids are covalent molecular compounds containing hydrogen.
Pure sulphuric acid consists of covalent molecules.It contains no hydrogen ions.But when
it dissolves in water,the covalent bond between hydrogen and sulphate is broken and ions
are formed.
H2SO4 + water→2H+ +(SO4)^2-
