book but the cheque was still kept in the company's safe.

The entry had been made when this cheque was received Dr. Cash ( Bank ) Cr. Debtor for $9380. Now, the cheque received is still physically kept in the safe 夾萬 of the company and it is not yet pay in to the company's bank account.

係把個數入cash book前再+/-其他數字,果個就係真正要入係cash book既數
