在最初是因為我們在2月9日寄樣品的時候寫錯item no., 但後來我2月12日已經馬上更正, 而客人是我們更正後才落單, 我們亦跟據po上的item no.和尺寸出貨, 所以理虧的不應該是我們.
不管怎樣, 我們只能給客人10%的折扣, 希望大家都能接受這個方案.
另外客人說重新再做新的一批新的給他, 工廠跟本是不可能趕不上貨期.

Although we have quoted the item no. mistakenly on 9th Feb when we first the customers the samples, the messed numbers have been corrected on 12th Feb. As the customers placed their orders after correction, and the goods are produced right with accordance to the item no. and size stated on PO (Wt is po == ?), we hence are not to be blamed.

No matter what, a 10% off discount is our maximum, hopefully, this proposal would be mutually accepted. Concerning the request made by the customers producing a brand new batch of goods again, I am sorry to turn this down as the factory can meet the dealine in no likelihood.

We did mark the item number incorrectly when we sent the sample to client on February 9th. I noted the mistake and corrected it instantly on February 12th. Client's order was placed after the correction date. Since our delivery was in accordance to the item number and size listed on the PO, we should not be held liable for anything out of order.

No matter what, we can only offer a 10% discount to client. I hope this could be agreed and accepted by all parties.

It is hard to entertain client's request for a new lot of goods as the factory will not be able to cope with the deadline.

We originally quoted an incorrect item number when sending out the sample on February 9. However, we already corrected the item number on February 12 before the customer placed the order with us. We then delivered the goods according to the item number and the measurements that were stated on the purchase order. It is therefore entirely not our fault.

Nevertheless, we could only offer a 10% discount to the customer. We hope that this proposal is acceptable to both parties. It is impossible for us to reproduce a new batch of items by the deadline.
