喉嚨有異物!

本人之前都有咁既經歷.....其實,我應為唔洗睇醫生都得.....
我之前有痰,咳左出黎la....但係喉嚨都係好似有d野漿住漿咁....過左一排,就咳左一粒黃色好嗅既出離......之後,就飲左好多水,飲左好多涼茶(e.g 廿四味,夏嗓菊.....)
之後都冇再咳過一粒出離la....
但係每當我再有痰既時候,o個粒又黃又嗅既物體出黎la.....

中醫解答:
就同類個案而言,是痰核,通常只有半粒米大小,有時黃色,有時白色,是因為痰阻經絡,肺熱上揚,所以患此類症的人應該是煙民!如若不是,則可能是通常吃一些香口煎炸類食物,引致肝火上升,經常口渴,亦會出現痰核!
總而言之,此類症的人必須先通經絡,後清五腑之熱!

it's likely the rices remain at your throat (not swallowed downward to your
stomach). May be your are usually eat too fast and not drink much so the rices
sticked around your throat and dissolved by your saliva over one night and makes bad smelling. Try to drink more water during meal can avoid the same.
