Omega Light Pizza
Ingredients
Tuna fish in water - 60g
Pita bread - 1 no.
Low fat cheese - 1 slice
Corn whole kernel - 1/2 bowl
Assorted vegetables / mixed beans - 1/2 bowl
Laver (break into pieces) - 2 tbsp
Tomato puree / paste - 2 tbsp
Seasonings
Low fat salad dressing - 4 tsp
Black pepper - a little
Method
1.
Drain tuna fish. Add black pepper.
2.
Cook assorted vegetables in boiling water. Drain. Mix with corn, salad dressing and tuna fish.
3.
Fry Pita bread in non-stick pan until golden brown. Cut into 2 halves.
4.
Stuff all ingredients in Pita bread (except cheese).
5.
Cut cheese into strips. Stuff in Pita bread. Cook until cheese melted.
Tips
Tomato puree is made by condensation of fresh tomatoes. Therefore, the nutritious value is higher than ketchup and with less salt content.
