請問有冇人可以幫幫我....
我想知SECRETARY既工作亦返英文呀!!因為我個CV要LIST出黎...
但我又唔知工作既英文係乜...PLS!!!!!!!!!
感激!!!!

入賬 寫收據,出月結單,追數, 對bank 月結單
開票 計月結,年結,petty cash
-行政工作
-聯絡客人
-跟進公司文件,如合約
-公司任何支出包括計糧
-處理公司發出的任何信件

- perform general bookkeeping duties, including issuing of receipts, account receivables, account payables, bank statements reconciliation, issuing of cheques, generate month-end reports, keep petty cash;

- carry out general administrative work;

- maintain contact with clients;

- follow-up company documents such as contracts;

- handle payroll;

- handle incoming and outgoing mails.
