Let x be an interior angle , then (180 - x) be an exterior angle.So
x = 5.5(180 - x)
6.5x = 990
x = 9900/65 = 1980/13 degrees
Then
(n - 2) * 180 / n = 1980/13
(n - 2)/n = 11/13
(n - 2)/n = (13 - 2) / 13
n = 13
