寫食評, 惹官非

台灣一名大學生早前在網上留言，批評一家食肆食物分量少味道差後，遭食肆以損毀聲名為由控告誹謗，事件引發廣泛討論。
A Taiwanese university student have been sued for defamation after posting derogatory comments online which accused an eatery of providing food of meagre quantity and awful taste. The issue has aroused widespread discussions.

In Hong Kong, quite a few netizens like to post their own culinary critiques on the internet for pulblic viewing.


言詞不乏挑剔、刻薄兼抵死的批評，部分更屬惡意中傷或無中生有。
There are no lack of criticisms of picky, sarcastic and sassy nature in those critiques. Some of them are even malicious defamations or unfounded allegations.


法律界人士警告這樣做不但會招惹官非，更可能因而入獄，
Those in the legal profession warned that such practice could not only get yourself entangled in legal dispute, but even possibly get you into jail.


網民不要以為人人可以做食神，小心禍從口出。
They also urged netizens to refrain from dreaming of being titled "the Culinary God", and beware of incurring misfortune from badmouthing.
