My friend is owning a green card which will be expired in the coming August. But he has left the US in 2003 and never enter the US again. But he wants to emigrate the US in the coming July. Will his entry be admitted? And will his permanent residency be canceled? Does he need something else or what kind of explanation is needed?

He wants to accompany his grandson to the US for study. Will this reason be accepted? If not, what should he do?

often, in case you go away the U. S. for one 12 months or a lot less, you should use your eco-friendly card as a reentry rfile. although, if you're absent from the U. S. for more desirable than one 12 months, you may face complications reentering the U. S. because the USCIS considers the absence of longer than one 12 months as a conceivable abandonment human beings residency. in case you'd be out of the U. S. for more desirable than one 12 months, you'll favor to get reentry enables or particular immigrant visas.

He has been out of the country too long. He no longer has a green card. He will have to start over from the beginning.
