而家有冇方法可以拎番張過數紙或者有冇咩方法證明我過左數

You can get this information by going to the personal internet banking in BOC. Enter your details for accessing your account, clicking to banking, my account, transaction details. You can get the transactions for a period or for the last 14 days.
