After being a math teacher assistant at ________ Junior High School and working with my supervisor and co-workers for two weeks, I found that _______junior High School is a very interesting workplace that everyone would like to work there. First of all, there is a job sharing at ______Junior High School. Job sharing is an arrangement whereby multiple people are employed one part-time basis to perform a job normally available to one working full-time. In __________ junior High School, each subject has at least two teachers to teach the students. For example, math department has three teachers to teach different grades and levels. Mr._____, one the math teacher, focuses on teaching the Grade 8and 9 applied students while Ms. _____, the teacher that I always work with, focuses on teaching the Gr. 8 and 9 academic students. By doing so, teachers have a prep in each day to prepare the teaching material for the next lessons or take a break so that they will not feel stressed out.
