Miela is good also, although I am not sure if that's within your range.

Dyson makes the best vacuum cleaner, but that's definitely out of your price range.

The use of vacuum cleaner is to suck dust into the filter . You need to compare the moving air per second , the bigger volume of air moved into is the one has higher sucking force , Use the budget to find out the best vacuum cleaner . Also you need to compare the noise too . Ideally cheaper , low noise & highest sucking force is the best buy , forget about the band name .
