本人而家喺社福機構當社工，以前有個學生喺我機構做過義工。
而家個學生想報讀本地一間大學既「社工副學士課程」; 所以想我幫佢以本機構名
義寫封英文推薦信俾該大學。
請提供英文推薦信既sample, 我諗內容應該要包括佢做義工既經驗。
P.S: 佢本身做緊工商界既工作 (會計)，同社工課程不太相關，
所以我都唔知點寫好~~~

Having spent the last four years on volunteer working in the social care field, XXX
have come to realise that his/her passion lies in helping people who are
less advantaged.XXX is currently taking an access to higher education
course to further his/he ambition to become a social worker.
XXX providing continuous emotional support on a daily basis and during
stressful life changes. He learnt how to communicate with clients about
sensitive issues in an appropriate manner, understanding and being
prepared for their reactions to the information. This job significantly
improved his communication skills, patience, and initiative. As a
result XXX became more aware of his own values and beliefs whilst showing
respect for all persons and their values, beliefs, cultures, goals,
needs and preferences.
XXX have decided to take up the course in social work because firstly the
subjects which his doing sociology looks at people and society's
problems, XXX have in this subject done work on family and at the moment
doing religion, this has fascinated him to help people who are facing
social problems

I really wonder why a social worker is unable to write a simple recommendation.
