advantages and disadvantages of a non-unionized workplaces?

Advantage: people have to actually do their work. If in a union, they can get paid, no matter how much effort they put in.
Disadvantage: back when they had really low wages and horrible working conditions. Though that isnt really a factor anymore (hence the need to abolish unions)

Advantage: Very Tasty Disadvantage: Slow Digestion

all the advantages are in favor of the employer in a non unionized workplace.
unions give the employee some protection and a means to be heard.
