英文translation問題

今日早上收到一件包裹英文

1. I have received a parcel this morning. - Use this present perfect tense sentence in reply to a question asking "What have you received this morning?"

2. I
received a parcel this morning. - Use this simple past tense sentence to state the fact of receiving a parcel this morning (which was in the past when you are saying the sentence eg in the afternoon)

You can also say it in simple present tense if it is still morning:
I receive a parcel this morning.

Decision to choose?
We seldom say to choose a decision. Instead we usually say to make a choice and to make a decision. Both of following sentences have to be changed.
1. I have a decision to choose .............. - It can be written: I have a decision to make with regard to ......

2. I have made a
decision to choose - For example write as: I have made a decision to do this instead of do that.

你說得對，過去式顯示動作已經發生了，不必要的字是畫蛇添足。

I have received a parcel this morning 是我今日早上 *已經* 收到一件包裹。除非你想強調「已經」，否則 "have" 字是不必要的。

兩個答案也不正確，請問你其實想說甚麼?

我須要作一個決定: I have a decision to make.
我已經作了一個決定: I have made a decision.
我須要決定作出那一個選擇: I have to decide on my choice.
我已經決定選擇 XXXX: I have decided on XXXX.

如果你想說我已經決定選擇 XXXX，"I have made a decision to choose xxxx." 在文法上不是錯誤，但是有點累贅，可以說 I have decided to choose xxxx." 。如果說 "I have decided on XXXX." 就更簡潔，除非你很想強調 "choose" 字。

因為已有了一個決定點解用present tense GE?

你講得好啱，應該係 I received a parcel this morning，因為收包裹只係收的一剎那。不過第一句都有人用，視乎你是否要強調「收到」。

至於 I have a decision to choose... 這一句較另外一句簡單，較不累贅。但是為何不乾脆說 I have decided to choose...？

I have received a parcel this morning.

I have made a decision to choose...
或者
I have decided to choose...
