Master of HRM?

您好, 希望有人會幫我解答啦!
我本身系外國讀完degree會港幾年, 現在讀一個dip of HRM, 因學費比master便宜. 我快讀完, 但想系HR發展, 但寄CV出無回復, 我send多是HRA, experiences 1-2years, 但無人叫過我去IN, 好灰. 想問, 我應該讀Master of HRM 嗎? 我讀baptist uni dip, 想知讀baptist master of HRM, 是否有exemption?

I believe you are studing Diploma in HRM in HKBU SCE, right?
You has a degree, why study general diploma?
If you want to study HRM Diploma, you may choice Postgraducate Diploma not general diploma.
If you only hold general diploma, I believe you cannot get any exemption for Master of HRM.

Back to your case, work in HR field is no need Master of HRM, you has a general degree is enough. Of course, you has a Master of HRM is a advantage but not a must.

I suggest you find a admin assistant job first. The salary ask for 6K to 8K
Honest speaking, employer want a experience admin staff rather than a Master of HRM staff.
