小弟在2009年簽一份2年的租約,也有打厘印.在起租日前本人後悔同時賠2個月給業主解約.
近曰業主打電話來要本人交租屋稅.
請問各位大大本人要如何處理這問題?
業主有冇講大話呢?
有冇人知我要交多少銀?
好煩呀.............

1. In HKg, no "租屋稅".
2. Landlord should pay for the Income Tax.
3. Have you pay for the Stamp Duty on the Lease, should be 50% (Landlord and Tenant share the Stamp Duty equally) ?
4. If yeah on question 3, you own the landlord nothing! If the landlord still brother you for money, report to Police, it is Blackmail !!

你都冇住, 何來交稅??!! 而且就算需交物業稅, 都100%係業主的責任. 佢需交比政府唔係你 lor. 佢搵你笨 jar!! 報警拉佢 la. 你唔租仲賠左 2個月比佢. 已經人至義盡.
