於其中一款物料出了一點問題，供應商回覆最快也要 4 月初才能送料到我們工廠，這款物料用於

As this material is used in producing items 0001 & 0002, these two products are unable to be shipped at the scheduled time in end of March. We hope that your company will accept that the shipment of these two items to be postponed to mid-April. The rest of the goods ordered will be shipped according to the normal scheduled dates.

As the price of a material out of a little problem, reply of the supplier will take at least early April in order to get expected us to plant this material for the 0001 & 0002 two new products, so these two products can not be on time at the end of March out goods. We hope that your company can take this in two to postpone the shipment of products to 4 months, the rest of the order according to date of shipment back to normal. We have repeatedly urged the suppliers want to be able to send materials as early as possible time. As the material effects lead to a delayed shipment period of the guests, we are deeply sorry and hope your company will understand and accept, thank you.

Due to some defects of one of the raw materials, the supply said the earliest delivery to our factory will be in early April. This raw material is to be use in product 0001 and 0002, thus these two products will not be able to be produced by end of March. We hope your company will accept our delay in shipping these two products by mid April. The rest of orders will be shipped as scheduled.

Because section of material had a problem, the supplier replies also wants to be able at the beginning of April most quickly the feeding to our factory, this section of material uses in 0001 & 0002 two model of products, therefore these two model of products are unable to produce goods on time in March tail.
