關於order5252 的artwork, 你地要求我地取消在布料上的線,很抱歉我地並沒有取消.我司已經跟布廠說很清楚一定要取消,但由於布廠的工人不小心,一直弄錯.
由於貨期緊逼,現在我們已經生產了大布, 雖然沒有按你地要求取消在布料上的線,希望你地可以接受.
如果你地堅持要取消在布料上的線,,我地需要再重新生產大布,生產大布需要時間25日 ,車縫需時20日, 因此個貨期亦會延遲.

我們平時也十分小心,這類事情只是個別情況, 對此事感到十分抱歉,希望你地繼續使用這布料完成這批貨. Thanks for your help.

We refer to your order 5252 requesting us to clear the extra knitted thread lines in the cloth. We regret that your request is not fulfilled due to the mistake made by the factory labour despite our clear instruction to them.
As the delivery date is approaching and the production has been completed, we would like you to accept this cloth still with the extra thread lines.
If you are not going to accept the cloth now, we have to reproduce a new lot of cloth as demanded. However, it will take 25 days to produce the raw cloth and another 20 days for knitting. The delivery of the finished cloth is then has to be delayed.
Please be advised that we have a policy in maintaining a high quality of our products and, this is a single wrongful event. However, we are very sorry for the mistake we made but hope you could accept it and to take this lot of cloth now. Thank you for your kind attention and understanding and we valued your business with us.

About order5252's artwork, you have to ask me to cancel the cloth on the line, I am sorry I have to, and did not cancel. I Division has been very clear with the textile mill that must be abolished, but because of textile mill workers are not careful, always get wrong.
As the Delivery pressed, and now we have produced a large cloth, although not according to your cloth on the ground called for canceling the line, I hope you to be acceptable.
If you adhere to cancel the cloth on the line, and I need to re-produce large cloth, producing cloth takes time to 25 sewing takes on the 20th, it will be a period of delay in shipment.
