如何增進英文會話的能力

我在工作中需要用到英文，有時會有外國同事和主管來台灣出差，所以蠻多需要英文社交的場合....我的聽力還OK，可是口說很不順，常常出現尷尬的場面....請問有什麼方法可以快速提升會話能力呢?另外...我的同事很多是韓國人，但因為我不熟悉韓國口音，有時會聽得一知半解....請問遇到這種狀況該如何解決....謝謝~

You have to watch more English News on TV and practise your oral by reading some English newspaper every day. You may spend half an hour to one hour to practise. Maybe, the English of your Korean colleagues may not be as good as you expected. You can ask them what they mean when you don't understand. Don't be shy to ask. The more you ask, the more you understand their accent. Sometimes, we don't even understand our own language when we use it for communication. This is usual.Practice makes perfect.
