住在美國波士頓但香港passport就過期(急)

By the way, there is no need for you to renew at the moment. The reason is 6-month validity only apply to those travel to the destination as a non-resident.

If you are a resident of a place or country, this rule is waived. For example, you can still travel back to Hong Kong when your HKSAR Passport is 1 week away from expiration (as you have unrestricted access of entry).

if so, you need to go to NYC, i believe is in 31rd street, uptown. near the 2nd and 3 rd ave. you will see the big British flag hanging outside.


another way is you apply the US re enter premit lar, which you can mail it out......
but i think the BNO renew is cheaper. ------ but you need to come to NYC.
