買左一層樓按7成, 可唔可以再按9成買第二層樓呢?...唔該晒...

如果你有足夠証明你買第二層樓係因為要轉大單位,有基會會批到9成,但係如果你兩個都係兩房細單位咁就唔可以以
同埋你第一樓要係自住中先有機會做到

chanstephenhk is partly right. HKMC would allow max. 2 properties for self use (not for rent or speculation), but it seems that the max. mortgage percentage for the second properties is 85% (not 90%)

第二間最多只能七成,因為唔批按揭保險,佢会查到!

只要證明到業主有能力供款,即二層樓總還款額不超過業主(們)入息一半‧是沒有問題的‧

9 成又要過按揭保險個關, 聽聞好似收緊左, 同埋9 成唔可以放租‧
