SORRY 副詞

Besides really sorry, we can say,

extremely sorry = very very sorry
deeply sorry = ok but does not sound as good as truly or extremely sorry.
awful sorry =

the other two are not used with sorry but as following

I sincerely look forward ( sincerely hope )to seeing youi again soon.
you are cordially invited to the party.

sincerely has duplication in meaning. Cordially has a negative sense to sorry and should not be used. Deeply is OK.
