"Teen idol" means a person who is adored by teenage. Michael Jackson, who perform for himself rather than for money, is one of the most influential teen idols He sometimes organized his concerts even at loss so as to make his fans happy and exciting. His devotion to the performing arts and his respect towards his fans would have been some of the good things of Michael Jackson. Nevertheless, he is not a perfrect person. In fact, his sexual news and face-lifting, whcih had negative influences on teenagers, would have been some of the bad things of Michael Jackson.

Note : I try not to alter your choice of words though there is still room for improvement.
