英文問題 (眾數) 邊到加s呢？

case study是一個複合名詞(compund noun), 所以plural form應該是case studies

如果以文法角度來看, 當然是用dogs are animals才是正確 (所有狗都是動物), 但我個人認為這種寫法不是適當的, 應該寫為 dog is an / a type of animal (犬類是動物)

至於article的用法, 我希望你先了解article分為definite article (the)及undefinite article (a / an), 顧名思義, definite article是指名(specify)某種事物, 而undefinite article便是不需指明, 舉個例子

A burglar (沒有指明是那一個賊, 只是說有一個賊) broke into a bank last night, the burglar (指名是昨天潛入銀行的那一個) stole lots of gold bricks

若之前沒有說明的事物, 當我們第一次敍述時都會用 a / an (singular), 如果是pulral form便不需加任何article, 除非所描述之時物是unique (唯一的), 例如the sun, the earth, the moon, the universe ....

Article (Article在這句子中是專有名詞, 不需要加 the) is a part of speech in English language
