HK official ge叫Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) Scheme
不過如果你咁樣講比外國ge人聽.. 佢地有可能唔知係乜,[對hk唔熟識的話]

外國果d又有唔同名~!
總之...."financial assistance from the government" 就一定冇死..!
