十六歲離開家庭 報警會否受理?

法院或警方未必會授理，因為家事及朋友間的協議一般都不會授理。

案例：Jones v Padavatton 1969，該案認為母女雙方的協議雙方也沒有意思要協議有法律效力、協議亦被認為含糊不清。Balfour v Balfour 1919，夫妻間的協議法院不認為有法律效力。但Merritt v Merritt 1970，將分開的父妻間簽署的簡單條約成為雙方有意令協議有效的理據。

除非有證據證實一方有意圖行出協議內容，否則很難令協議有效。

報警是每個市民都的權利，但照顧兒童卻是父母的責任，這問題警方或法院未必可以幫手。

基本法沒有支持口頭協議成立的法例(口頭協議是合約法的、亦沒有法例條文定明)，但基本法卻保鄣個人社會自由以及1997年以前的法例在香港實行，所以上述的實有法律可依。

警方只會幫你搵返個女
或者佢自己返左屋企既話你要上警局消案..

你可以消案後要求警方交俾社會福利署跟進你個女既案件
到時你個女就有社署既社工會跟進你個女

girl under 18 still proctect by law.
anyone run away or left home without trace can file the report to police. will they do somethings? that i don't know. but at least police will keep it in file.

i suggest you left her alone, sit down and talk to her, if she does not want to 出國讀書, tell her go find a job and pay you the family spend as her share.

when she up to 18, if you still not happy what she does, then tell her to move out.
children is not a big deal in our life once they grow up. ------- it is their life, their responsible and they make their decision, not us.
