how many teaspoons of coffee is recommended a day?

i don't know anyone who drinks coffee who measures it by the teaspoon...
i used to drink 5 pots a day until my ulcer folded my over and i had to go to the er....
i now drink less than one pot a day.

1 teaspoon is 5ml, 1 cup is 250ml = 50 teaspoons.... for me, 100 teaspoons + 6 teaspoons of sugar.

Teaspoons? I would guess maybe 100.
