Will Adult Swim going to air InuYasha: The Final Act soon?

I would say A, yes. Inuyasha: The Final Act English Dubbed is to be released April 20, 2010 (so next month). Assuming it's being released on that day (which is a Tuesday) I would hazard a guess and say that it will air the following weekend on Saturday night, as all anime is (all new dubbed Bleach episodes come out on the nightly block on Saturdays.) Surely April 20 it'll be all over the net though. But, I would check Adult Swim that weekend to make sure. I'm hoping it'll be up there :)

The answer is "probably". Adult Swim has made an announcement that they accquired three new anime titles, two of which are still a mystery. Word on the anime message boards is that one of the remaining titles is InuYasha: The Final Act. And that's a well founded guess, as Viz has already announced that they've accquired the anime and are probably dubbing it. After that, [as] will probably air it on TV, as other Viz titles have done.

But while this is logical, it's only speculation. Nothing's set in stone.

there have been some rumors about it being dubbed in April, but who knows? I'm pretty sure that it WILL indeed air on Adult Swim, but it might take a little bit...it hasn't finished airing online and in Japan yet, so we have to wait for it to finish, get everyone to discuss the dub, regroup with all the cast members, and actually dub it.
My theory is this: it will probably air after all seven seasons of "InuYasha" go for another round, and end. We're on season 5 right now, and since seasons 6 and 7 are so short, it might have to be another re-run of InuYasha AGAIN before Kanketsuhen (The Final Act) airs.
But again, who knows! I'm pretty much positive that it will. I've been a crazy, obsessive InuYasha fanatic for a while now, and have been trying to keep up with this, so that's all I got! I have a feeling that they're suddenly going to surprise us..."Finally! InuYasha: The Final Act is dubbed in English, with all the cast returning to make it a great last season! Airs on Adult Swim next Monday!" lol. Because, seriously, the announced The Final Act like, only a few weeks before it aired! Surprise, surprise. But what can we expect from a Half-Demon with dog ears?

they will be making a new season of inuyasha in 2009 (japan) meaning we should get it in 2010 maybe (US/Canada) there was also a 30 min inuyasha short (or OVA) called "Black Tessaiga" that's was shown at an exhibit called “Its A Rumic World” which was an exhibit to congratulate Rumiko Takahashi (creator of inuyasha) for her 30th anniversary of creating manga's. the event was held from July 30th to August 11th of 2008 but as of now it the short has not yet been released in japan and there is no info on whether VIZ media will release it in English i understand that the return of the anime is a while away and if you don't want to wait you could always read the manga
